About the role
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our growing aesthetics team. This role is ideal for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with hands-on injectable experience, strong consultation skills, and a passion for delivering natural-looking, confidence-building results.
The Aesthetic NP Injector will provide high-quality injectable treatments, educate patients on aesthetic options, and create personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s goals. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, professional, relationship-driven, and committed to providing an elevated patient experience.
Compensation: This position offers competitive compensation of $55–$60 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus and performance incentives.
Schedule: This role is expected to work 32–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on business and patient needs.
What you'll do
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance plans.
- Build strong, trusted patient relationships through professionalism, follow-up, and patient-centered care.
- Support patient retention, rebooking, and long-term treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
- Partner with the practice team to deliver a polished, welcoming, and high-quality patient experience.
- Stay current on injectable techniques, aesthetic trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Oregon, in good standing
- Prior hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables strongly preferred.
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Strong consultation, patient education, and treatment-planning skills.
- Professional, warm, and confident bedside manner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for aesthetics, patient experience, and natural-looking outcomes
Clinical Competencies
- Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with Oregon regulations and clinical protocols
- Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
- Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
Compliance & Documentation
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
- Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
- Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory
